Issue running a User Activity Report for Lync

Issue :- When trying to run a User Activity Report,  receiving the below error
  • An error occurred during client rendering.
    • An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
      • Query execution failed for dataset 'CallList'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
        • @_Endtime is not a parameter for procedure CdrP2PSessionList.

Solution :- After the CU update implemented on Lync FE servers. The solution to this issue is after doing the Cu updates on Fe and running the power shell command for SQL. go to the monitoring server and run the Lync server deployment wizard >>> then run the Deploy monitoring server report and then refresh the report page . it will give you the report :)

Cisco Arc Console :- Blind transfer option not working

Issues:-
Blind transfer option does not work after the fresh or reinstall. . Operator can do the transfer from the phone but from the apps it will not do the blind transfer.

It is giving an option of Blind transfer on the apps by right click on search name but do not actually transfer the call.

Under Preferences – is the client set to “Perform Blind Transfer but still no luck.

Solution:-

when the ARC-related CTI ports are generated in CUCM by the ARC User account, it uses a “template” configuration in CUCM … here’s where that is identified in ARC Admin pages, under System Device Management:

The newly generated CTI ports mimic the settings in the “template” configuration, including Calling Search Space”

Please create a new CSS for Operator so that it has the Opertor line as a member with no restriction of calling. It will resolve the issue.
